I think the easiest way is to search this Grille on Ebay UK to find a Seller who is able to send it to you. Its the most inportant thing to get the Grille with those 3 ribs. But you can also use the one with 4 ribs . If you Google the Grille , you'll find some that used 4 Rips. But most people use 3, cause it looks much better ;)
