Das Fuchs Öl hat aber einen geringeren Viskositätsindex und einen niedrigeren Flammpunkt als vergleichsweise das Mobil 1 5w30 ESP Formula Longlife 3...

Ich benutze dieses Öl schon seit meinem GTI Edition 30 und bin sehr zufrieden. Das Öl wird auch im VW Werk am Band verwendet.
da du aus ratingen kommst, vermute ich eine "quelle" in ratingen west?!?!?!?

Muss zu meiner Verteidigung sagen das ich anfangs dachte: "nimmst das selbe was VW rein gemacht hat, wird schon gut sein..." Naja, hinterher hab ich mich dan auch eines besseren belehren lassen.

In Ratingen West ist ne Filiale von Wunschöle. Haben mir Arbeitskollegen mal empfohlen, hab mein Öl aber dann übers Netz bezogen.

Nochmal zur Klarstellung beim 1.4 TSI 118 kW:
Für Longlife erforderliche Spezifikation:
VW 503 01, VW 504 00
ohne Longlife:
VW 502 00, VW 505 01
Das Mobil 1 New Life erfüllt die VW Norm 502 00, 505 00.
Somit ist ja die geforderte Spezifikation 502 00 erfüllt.

Also ich hab gestern mal wieder nach fast 8tkm den Ölstand und den Öldeckel auf Schaum / Ablegerungen untersucht und ich muss sagen...
- nahezu keinen Ölverbrauch (ca. 50-100 ml)
- Raum Kurbelwellenentlüftungsgehäuse unterm Öldeckel und Deckel selbst super sauber und Öl ist noch recht hell...
Ich bin mittlerweile auch der Meinung das es sich lohnt auf nen festen Ölwechsel alle 15-20tkm umzustellen und dafür die Longlifekacke zu vermeiden. Lieber dann ein Öl das mehr Sulfat und Phosphor Anteile besitzt und den Motor besser vor Schmutz und Korrosion schützt.
