You will never get extreme concave spokes with a rim that is under 9,5" wide.
Buy a liberty walk kit, mount 10,5x20 ET 21 and you have wonderful concave spokes

You have to change the wheel camber.
Look at the rear wheel: you drive on the edges of your tires.
